The MatrixMag™ Home Treatment System is based on a unique, alternating polarity concentric magnet (APCM), which has been found to help reduce pain and stimulate repair in the cells and tissues of the body, such as bone, muscle, tendon, ligament, cartilage and nerves. It is based on similar advanced technology as that used by Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioners throughout the world. This breakthrough form of technology is believed to help the body’s healing mechanism, based on the fact that every cell in our body is literally a small battery, as well as an electrical conductor. Recent evidence reveals that injury, due to strain or impact, may be absorbed into the dense framework of the body, especially bone and deep fibrous tissue (fascia). This results in sources of tension called primary restrictions to develop, which can reduce the electrical properties of our cells. These changes produce tissue tension and biomechanical stress on many parts of the body. This can lead to joint degeneration, such as hip, knee, low back, neck and shoulder arthritis, resulting in limited mobility, pain, and an overall reduction in our ability to enjoy life. MatrixMag™ may be applied to most areas of the body for 1 to 6 hours per day, which can be broken up into 2‐3 sessions. Due to the higher concentration of neurological structures, treatment of the upper neck and head, should be limited to 10 to 30 minutes per session, 3‐4 times per day. If there is any aggravation of symptoms, these times should be reduced.
